Any merchandise entering or leaving the country, imported or exported definitively or not, is subject to a customs import / export dispatch, which will be processed based on a declaration made in the Integrated Foreign Trade System (Siscomex), subject to exceptions in Normative Instruction or in specific norms of the RFB and in its customs clearance that is the act by which the conclusion of the customs conference in the Federal Revenue is registered, and involves:

• Documentary analysis;
• Elaboration / follow-up of L.I./L.E (Import License / Exp.);
• Development of D.I. (Import declaration);
• Payment of taxes and fees;
• Draft B / L draft
• Export Register (R.E.)
• Request for Dispatch (D.E.)
• Customs clearance;
• Follow-up of the dispatch;
• Physical and documentary conference of the merchandise with the customs offices;
• Customs Clearance (C.I.)
